How Can We Help?
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every person I work with gets an approach shaped around their life, not a textbook.
Anxiety, Stress & Burnout
Whether it's anxiety you can't explain or a burnout that's hollowed you out, we work together to understand what's really driving it and build the tools to help you turn the volume down and actually be present in your life again.
After-state: calm, aligned, present, not bracing for the next thing
Low Mood & Energy Depleted
When everything feels grey and heavy, it can be hard to remember that it won’t always feel this way. Therapy gives you a space to process what’s underneath and gently build back a sense of meaning, renewed energy, and connection.
After-state: re-engaged, hopeful, optimistic about the future.
Breakups, grief, career changes, parenthood, retirement, perimenopause ~ big life changes can query everything you thought you knew about yourself. Therapy helps you find your footing, make sense of what’s shifting, and move forward with more clarity.
After-state: grounded, clear, purposeful
Life Transitions
ADHD & Cognitive Assessments
ADHD and cognitive assessments using evidence-based tools, providing clear answers about attention, memory, and executive functioning. Whether you're exploring a possible ADHD diagnosis, seeking clarity on cognitive strengths and challenges, or gathering information to support work, study, or NDIS applications. Assessments include the WISC-V (cognitive ability) and WIAT-IV (academic achievement), providing a comprehensive picture to support diagnosis and planning. Assessments are conducted with care and explained in plain language, with a detailed report and feedback session to help you understand the results and what they mean for you.
"My strength is defined not by what I continue to carry, but by what I have allowed myself to put down."

We meet you where you are and aim to leave you better than when we’ve found you! Most people start noticing a difference within the first few sessions.
What is positive psychology?
Positive psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing. Rather than focusing solely on mental illness and repairing what is broken, it investigates the positive emotions, character strengths, and institutions that allow people and communities to thrive
